Through my own seasons of menopause, reinvention, and deep identity shifts, I learned that real clarity and confidence arise from honoring the wisdom within—through breath, presence, and embodied practice.

Meet Tasha

Tasha is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and founder of Soul Aligned Living. With over two decades of experience, she guides women after menopause to reconnect with their intuitive wisdom and cultivate nervous system resilience through embodied yoga practices. Tasha credits her teachers, including Saul David Raye, Shiva Rea, Janet Stone, Tara Brach, and Judith Lasater, for shaping her approach to practice and teaching. Based in Ojai, California, she is dedicated to empowering postmenopausal women to move forward with clarity, calm, and renewed confidence.
