April Class Schedule


Morning Devotion

20-minute morning practice moving through a sun salutation sequence together to wake the body, focus the mind, and create space to listen. This is a contemplative practice and steady place to begin your day.


Aligned Soul Flow

45-minute yoga practice grounded in breath, strength, and steadiness. You’ll build strength and balance through steady, attentive movement. Connect with your body, quiet the mind, and listen for your inner wisdom.


Midday Reset Flow

30-minute midday practice to shift the energy of the body, release tension, and steady the nervous system. Realign your body and reset your mindset. You’ll return to your day clear and refreshed.

Each class is distinct, but together they create a rhythm. One that helps you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home in your body.

  • Absolutely! You have full access and I’d love to have you with me for every class if your schedule allows.

  • No preregistration is required. Once you’ve purchased the membership, you can drop into any class at any time. The wonderful thing about this offering is you have the flexibility to join when your schedule allows, even last minute.

  • Recordings are not provided for missed classes. However, if you attend a class live and would like the recording to revisit the practice, I’m happy to share it with you.

  • Yes. This offering is designed to support flexibility and real life. Even attending a few classes can create meaningful shifts in your body and energy. You’re investing in consistent access and support, not pressure to attend everything.

  • Virtual yoga allows you to practice in your own space, on your own terms. It removes the barrier of travel and makes it easier to stay consistent.

  • All memberships are non-refundable. However, if your circumstances change, you’re welcome to transfer your membership to someone else.

  • Classes are designed to be accessible to all levels.
